Lisa Kealy is EY Ireland Financial Services Markets Leader. Lisa helps us collectively shape and coordinate our future growth ambitions. She also ensures we deepen our client relationships and advance our brand and market leadership position.
Lisa joined the firm in 1995, having completed a Pure Mathematicss degree, and made partner 10 years later. She was our Irish Wealth and Asset Management leader and EMEIA ETF leader. Under Lisa’s leadership, the WAM practice doubled in size, developed a strong Consulting and SaT practice and transformed our brand in the market. Lisa has won, led and delivered engagements with a number of G360 clients, including BlackRock, UBS, Legal & General and BNY.
Lisa is a recognised leader at an industry level, chairing our Irish funds industry association, Irish Funds Council and is EY’s lead in our European funds industry association, EFAMA. She is a Board member of WomenInETFs and was recognised on the 2020 “European Industry Top 30” listing of key leaders in the ETF ecosystem.
Lisa is passionate about supporting and developing our people and creating a collaborative team culture. She is also passionate about CSR and is Focus Ireland’s Business Ambassador, raising over €100k for homelessness in the last two years.
