This is EY’s third global survey and much has happened on the regulatory agenda since the last one. Banks have had to adjust their sights to the revised deadline of 1 January 2023 for implementation of the Reforms and, with less than two years to go, there are a number of internal and external challenges that mean the path to 2023 is unlikely to be a smooth one.
