We are hosting a webcast on Thursday December 3rd at 9am, where we will cover how non-US corporations can support US investors under the US Passive Foreign Investment Company (‘PFIC’) regime. We will be joined by special guest, Lilach Epstein, US Tax Specialist, EY Wealth and Asset Management, US.

Given the regular updates and focus by the Internal Revenue Service (‘IRS’) on PFIC regulations, our aim during this session, is to help clarify the key components of this complex regime, address the impact of it on your business and how specialists in this area can support you in the road to meeting US investors’ obligations.

During the session we will also take any questions you may have as we hope to tackle any challenges or concerns around the topic.
