As you may be aware the Irish Department of Finance recently published the second Feedback Statement in relation to the implementation of EU Anti-Tax Avoidance Directive (“ATAD”) interest limitation rules.

This Feedback Statement contains further details on how the rules might be implemented in Ireland and also invites comments from practitioners on various aspects of the rules.
