In response to recent regulatory developments, our webinar on Tuesday 29 June at 9am, will present the latest market guidance for Financial Services firms and their Operational Resilience requirements.

Sara Woods, Senior Manager, Technology Risk, will be joined by a panel of speakers to discuss:

• CBI Consultation Paper 140: This is the recent Cross-Industry Operational Resilience Consultation Paper which was released by the Central Bank of Ireland in March 2021. We will provide an overview of the new compliance requirements on Irish firms brought about by this Paper. We will discuss the similarities with and lessons learned from UK Operational Resilience requirements, and provide a practical approach to managing Operational Resilience.
• Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA): DORA is the proposal from the European Commission outlining the EU-wide legislation for the financial services sector. We will discuss the expected impacts of this proposal.
• Cyber Resilience: We will touch upon the regulation within this space and how Cyber Resilience can be managed within an Operational Resilience framework.
