Colm Freeman is a Partner in our Risk Consulting practice in Dublin.

He is at the forefront of regulatory change services for retail banks, adept at leading diverse teams to offer technical insights, support organisational design, and facilitate the integration of second and third line functions in line with regulatory standards and industry practices.

15 years of experience in executing complex, high-value risk and regulatory change projects across the CRO and CCO domains.

Colm’s strategy involves closely collaborating with leadership and project teams to deeply understand the specific needs of each client, aiming to achieve lasting improvements that comply with both local and SSM regulations.

He holds an MBA from Trinity Business School, an MSc in Compliance & Regulation from UCD, and a degree in Economics from UCD.
