Craig Conway is a Director in our Business Consulting division. He helps financial services clients transform their businesses, allowing them to better support customers, grow revenue and reduce costs.

Craig has 15 years of consulting experience across the UK and Ireland working on large-scale transformation programmes primarily in banking to support clients with customer, revenue, and growth challenges.

Craig has previously led a number of global cost reduction and regulatory-driven operating model transformations across Global Retail, Commercial and Operations teams.

He specialises in building and leading large multi-disciplinary teams. He helps them mobilise and deliver change from end to end, and activate their most complex and high-priority programmes.

Craig has a primary degree in Business and Politics from UCC and a Masters degree in International Business from UCD. Craig is Lean Six Sigma and Prince 2 certified.
