David is an Assurance Partner within EY’s Financial Services organisation.  He has over 16 years’ experience across the Asset Management and Structured Finance industries which was gained across both industry and practice.  David’s clients include some of the largest global asset managers.

He currently leads the audits of  a diverse range of structures including Special Purpose Vehicles,  Collateralised Loan Obligations, Regulated Funds and Alternative Investment Funds.

David has been involved with various sub-groups both within the firm and the asset management community, including Irish Funds Industry Association’s working groups. He has extensive knowledge and experience in IFRS, FRS and US GAAP and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland.

David holds Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) (Hons) degree from the University of Limerick.
