Florian Plass is a Partner in the Financial Services Business Consulting service line.

He is responsible for leading the Business Transformation competency responsible for developing and growing a team of talented business transformation professionals and helps clients mobilise and deliver complex transformation programmes.

Having been involved in major transformation and regulatory programmes for over 20 years, Florian is experienced in delivering business transformations and providing guidance to senior Change professionals. His professional experience consists of consulting experience within the Financial Services sector in Ireland and industry experience working in the UK and Europe for two global Oil and Gas giants.

Prior to joining EY, Florian also worked for a leading multinational professional services company and was a lead within their Operational Excellence and Process-Led Transformation service line.

Florian holds a BA (Hons) degree in European Studies from the University of Portsmouth and is trained as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
