Frank O’Dea is EY’s Chief Innovation Officer and a Partner in the Performance Improvement practice. He specialises in shaping and leading major business transformation programmes. Prior to joining EY he was a Senior Executive with Accenture for 25 years based in London. He helped international clients in the telecommunications, defence and technology sectors with major outsourcing programmes, business transformation and change management.
