Jackie Gilmore is a partner in EY’s People Advisory Services practice, where she leads in organisation transformation and talent engagements in the private and financial services sectors. She has 20 years of experience in commercial leadership and transformation roles across leading retail financial services (Bank of Ireland, EBS Building Society, investment banking (F&C Investment Managers now Bank of Montreal Group) and technology consumer (Hewlett Packard Technology Finance, Telefonica O2), and professional services organisations, (Deloitte). Passionate about the challenges that exist at the intersection of business & people Jackie leads large scale organization transformation, organization design, talent management, change and M&A integration engagements.
She has driven leadership development and talent management mandates for a number of CxO teams in Insurance and banking. She’s delivered on strategic advisory & M&A engagements for key aviation lessors, and has supported the development and implementation of people strategies across a number of sectors.
Jackie holds a first class MBA from the Smurfit School of Business at UCD, an MA (Hons) in Interpreting and Translation from Heriot-Watt University Edinburgh (French, German with Spanish), and an accreditation in Aviation Finance from the Law Society of Ireland. She is Council Member of the 30% Club Irish Chapter, is LEAN and PRINCE qualified.
