Jayanta Auddy is a Partner and has been with the firm for more than 15 years. He has significant experience within the Structured Finance, Private Equity, Wealth and Asset Management, Banking and Aircraft Leasing sectors. Jayanta led the delivery of IFRS 9 assurance solutions to financial institutions.

Jayanta currently leads the assurance services of publicly listed structured finance entities and wealth and asset management funds. He provides agreed-upon procedures services to issuers, underwriters, investors, banking companies and other market participants in the securitisation marketplace.

Jayanta works closely with 30 full-time structured finance professionals exclusively addressing the varying needs of issuers, underwriters and investors in the ABS, RMBS, CMBS, CDO and CLO markets. Jayanta has a combination of industry-specific skills that allows him to address the complex issues associated with securitisation transactions. His approach is to work collaboratively with stakeholders to increase the efficiency of each transaction, offer insights gained from market observations and minimise risk during the transaction life cycle.

Jayanta is a qualified Chartered accountant from ICAI (India). He is also a member of CPA Ireland and holds a Masters in Commerce degree from the University of Calcutta.
