She is an accomplished partner with a passion for using data-driven insights to drive business growth, improve customer experience and optimise organisational performance. She works closely with banking clients to support them in their Finance, Risk and Data priorities.

Kathrina leverages her 20 years + multi-disciplinary industry expertise as Chief Data & Marketing Intelligence Officer, Director of Risk Oversight & Assurance, E2E Programme Lead, senior leader in Finance and audit to bring well-rounded and experienced perspectives to her banking clients.

She is a collaborative and resilient leader with a proven track record in leading strategic and complex transformational change in Finance, Risk, Data and Digital Sales.

Kathrina has partnered closely with the banking C-suite Executives as a key member of their management teams, both designing and executing priority strategy.

She has driven technology and operating model transformation both as Business Sponsor and lead Delivery partner, as well as with full E2E organisational accountability for both regulatory and customer-facing initiatives.

Kathrina holds a BA in Accounting & Finance; a Professional Diploma in Advanced Banking Risk Management as well as Post-Graduate Diplomas in Strategic Finance & Analytics and Data Analytics & AI. She has also completed the Inter-Alpha Banking Programme with INSEAD Business School in France.

Kathrina is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland having trained in Ireland and Australia, a Certified Data Management Professional with DAMA International and a Professional Risk Manager with PRMIA.

Kathrina enjoys building and coaching high-performing, engaged teams and delivering value for clients as a trusted advisor.

She has a deep respect for privacy, financial and regulatory requirements within the banking industry, whilst being passionate about driving better customer experience.
