Keith Glynn is Head of Technology Solution Delivery for Ireland Financial Services.

He is responsible for implementing the strategic vision of EY Technology Solution Delivery for FS Clients in Ireland which includes the recruitment and retention of top talent, the development of our people and delivering cutting edge solutions for our most valued clients.

Keith has extensive experience delivering complex strategic change and business transformation initiatives across multiple industries.

His particular areas of expertise are in mobilising and delivering large scale, complex end to end transformation delivery.

His approach is always to partner with leadership and delivery teams to understand the unique client organisational context in order to deliver sustainable performance improvements.

He has also established and ran COO Functions focusing on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and delivery of strategic priorities for C-Suite Leadership.

Keith holds a M.Sc. in Corporate Strategy & People Management and a B.Sc. in Commerce from the National University of Ireland, Galway.

Keith is a PRINCE2, MSP, MoP, P3O, Agile DSDM Practitioner & is also a qualified SAFe Agilist.

Keith brings over 15 years of global consulting experience to the table, having delivered complex transformations in London, Sydney, and Dublin.

Successfully navigating heavily regulated industries such as Financial Services and Public Sector, Keith excels in applying pragmatic delivery approaches, delivering tangible outcomes, and developing collaborative team environments to deliver cutting edge solutions for our clients.
