Keith Loughman is an Indirect Tax Partner in EY with particular responsibility for Financial Services. He is one of Ireland’s most recognised tax experts in the Financial Services sector bringing deep industry experience and knowledge to the role.  Keith has worked with many large, global businesses who established operations in Ireland over the last 20 years collaborating with them to develop practical and tailored solutions to the complex Indirect Tax issues faced .

He previously worked with another Big 4 Firm serving as Global Leader of its Indirect Tax practice for 4 years.  His appointment further strengthens EY position in the market as leading providers of solutions to the Financial Services industry.

Keith is passionate about building high performing teams, is committed to excellence in client service and the development of skilled tax professionals.   He is particularly skilled in demystifying complex scenarios and anticipating future indirect tax challenges for the industry, making these easy for our clients to understand and address by developing appropriate and sustainable business processes,  models and strategies to meet these.

A regular speaker on industry topics and contributor to business journals and publications, Keith is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Adviser and has degrees from National University of Ireland, Galway and the Smurfit School of Business in University College Dublin.
