Lea Soledad is an Assurance Director for Ireland Financial Services.

She is responsible for leading audits of large aviation clients. She also leads innovation in FS Ireland to ensure more efficient audits, this includes implementation of solutions to be used by teams.  She is also leading pursuits to continuously grow Aviation in EY.

Lea has 20 years of assurance experience across EY Dublin, KPMG Dublin, PwC Singapore and EY Philippines. She worked on aviation clients for the last 13 years.  She led the pursuit, transition and audit of EY’s largest aviation assurance clients

She currently leads top 2 of the top 5 EY largest aviation clients. She is also an innovation leader in FS Assurance, Ireland and leads Learning & Development and technical events for Aviation.

She won the FS Ireland Going the Extra Mile (GEM) Award in 2020 for exceptional client service.

She is also Advisor to Irish Aviation Students Association (‘IASA’)

She holds Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and graduated from Far Eastern University in the Philippines, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Lea is passionate about bringing efficiencies to day to day work of her team to enable them to spend time outside work, be it with family, friends or pursuing other passions. These efficiencies will also translate to exceptional client service due to the timeliness of delivery and more streamlined processes. She does this by identifying gaps and implementing solutions either through technology or leveraging best practices.
