With a career focused exclusively on consulting to financial services organisations globally, Luke advises clients in the areas of customer & digital strategy, technology transformation and agile delivery.

Luke has extensive experience designing and delivering complex business and technology transformation programmes that drive business outcomes ranging from revenue growth and customer experience uplift to operational efficiency and cost optimisation.

Luke leads the Technology Strategy & Transformation competency within Technology Consulting, overseeing the vision, talent development and growth of this key area.

Luke holds an M.Sc. in Digital Innovation from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, an B.Sc. in Business Information Systems from University College Cork. Luke also holds certifications in Project Management and Agile Transformation.
