Niall Corrigan is a Partner in the Dublin office leading Customer & Digital Consulting in the Performance Improvement practice. He has worked in a strategic advisory and change delivery capacity across Financial Services, Travel, Construction and Technology clients for the last 11 years. He has also been involved in a number of start-ups as an employee, an owner, an advisor and a mentor.
Niall has extensive experience designing and delivering complex customer initiatives. His particular area of expertise is driving market growth and internal efficiencies through customer and digital transformation via the combination of customer experience, operational excellence and technology enablement. His approach is always to partner with client teams to understand the unique client organisational context in order to design scalable and sustainable solutions that will maximise long-term benefits.
He sees digital as an enabler and not a strategy and is always focused on value based decision making to delight the customer and transform internal ways of working that are fit for the digital age.
Niall continues to be heavily involved in the Dublin start-up scene and has leveraged this experience to bring new ways of working that are innovative, customer-centric and data-led to challenge the way traditional organisations achieve/ adapt change in a more agile methodology.
Niall holds an MBA from Trinity College Dublin, an MEng from University of Edinburgh and a Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute, Dublin.
