Pat O’Driscoll is a Partner within the Aviation Finance Assurance group at EY. He has worked with EY since 2006 during which time he has supported a broad spectrum of financial services clients in the provision of audit and other assurances services. Over the past six years, Pat has focused on the Aviation Finance sector.

Pat has worked on advisory projects for clients in specific aircraft related areas such as maintenance intangibles, impairment, finance lease modeling and compliance management. Pat has experience working on a range of aircraft leasing audit clients and as part of the leasing markets group Pat has performed significant research into the aircraft leasing industry specifically in relation to lease accounting, maintenance accounting and the adoption of IFRS 9 and IFRS 16 on lessors.

Pat has led assurance teams on the issuance of comfort letters for clients in the shipping, aircraft leasing and engine leasing industries, including clients preparing financial information in compliance with US GAAP, IFRS and FRS101/102. Pat also has experience leading teams in relation to comfort letter issuances for 144a offerings and comfort letters on proforma information.

Pat works with several debt and equity listed companies including those listed on the NYSE and other regulated and unregulated markets through debt listings.
