Sara Woods joined EY in 2016 and works in the Irish Financial Services consulting practice in Dublin as a Director focused on Operational and Non-Financial Risk.  Sara has extensive experience designing, building, implementing and auditing companywide frameworks across Banking and Capital markets as well as Wealth and Asset Management sectors.

Her specialist areas focus around the regulatory compliance of Risk Management frameworks across the topics of Governance, Technology Risk, Third Party Management and Operational Resilience

Prior to joining EY, Sara brings with her almost 10 years of Operational Risk Management experience from both Dublin and London, working across both established international financial institutions and leading startups through rapid growth, managing and adapting their risk frameworks accordingly.
