Siobhan Swords is a Senior Manager in our Business Transformation Design team in Financial Services Consulting. She has 9 years’ experience partnering with FS clients to re-imagine their sales and servicing journeys to maximise value for the organisation and their customers.

Siobhan has extensive experience designing and delivering complex digital transformation and customer initiatives. She has worked with clients in the areas of digital strategy definition, business case development, benefits modelling, transformation roadmap development, change management and agile delivery. Siobhan has led business and technology teams to collaboratively reimagine journeys by putting the voice of the customer at the heart of the transformation, identifying internal efficiencies and leveraging best in class technology to transform the experience.

Siobhan started her career in Process Improvement Consulting and leads the EY Process Transformation training for EMEIA.
