Siofra Moriarty is a Partner in the Financial Services Business Consulting practice in EY.

Siofra leads the Business Transformation Design Team in Business Consulting. Her Team supports banking, insurance and wealth & asset management clients identify new sources of growth and transform their cost bases through strategy development, business and operating model design, customer experience and process transformation.

Siofra has over a decade of management consulting experience, specialising in strategy development, cost reduction and operating model design for Financial Services clients.

Over the course of her consulting career, she’s had the privilege of delivering over 50 client engagements for 20 Financial services clients across two major regions (APAC & EMEIA) and numerous countries including Ireland, the UK, India and Australia.

Following four years consulting in Australia, she returned to Ireland and joined EY in 2020 to lead the Business Design team in Financial Services Consulting. Her team help a range of financial services clients deliver complex programmes related to growth strategy, cost transformation, business and operating model design as well as customer experience and digital transformation.

Siofra holds a double first class honours in Economics and Business from Trinity College Dublin, a diploma from INSEAD in Executive Leadership & Communication and is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP (Project Management Professional) certified.
