EY’s Lisa Kealy has been announced as one of this year’s Industry 30, published by ETF Stream to highlight the 30 individuals that had the biggest impact on the European ETF ecosystem last year.
Supported by Jobs in ETFs, the Industry 30 reflects on the efforts and achievements made by the individuals recognised, who have stood out from their peers and led in innovation and disruption. The publication also celebrates the achievements made in growing the ETF industry over the past year.
Lisa is EY’s European ETF Leader and leads the firm’s Wealth and Asset Management (WAM) practice in Ireland. She chairs EY’s Global ETF practice, working across service line and geography helping ETF issuers and service providers navigate change within the industry. Through this role, she has grown the size and profile of our ETF practice, working with the largest global ETF issuers and also supporting new entrants and start-up niche providers as they enter the industry.
Lisa chairs the Irish Funds’ Council and is on the board of the Irish chapter of Women in ETFs. These roles involve representing the wider Asset Management Industry in Ireland to support and enable global investing and assisting the career developments of the future women leaders in the ETF industry, respectively.
She is an assurance partner in EY’s Financial Services Organisation with over 20 years’ experience in advising clients on various aspects of accounting, regulatory and operational change.
Lisa holds a first class honours degree in Pure Mathematics from Trinity College Dublin and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, from which she holds a practicing certificate.
